This applies particularly where we have reason to believe the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, has previously had an account closed for misconduct, or is located in a restricted jurisdiction.

§4Deposits and Withdrawals

pcb88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the relevant withdrawal page within your account.

Any funds proven to be proceeds of fraud will not be returned.

§5Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, pcb88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion page expressly states otherwise:

§6Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform are required to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.

All trade marks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are proprietary to pcb88 or their respective owners. Unauthorised use of any mark displayed on the Platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement actionable under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of pcb88 to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pcb88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§10Account Suspension and Termination

pcb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to satisfy or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including the discovery that a player is underage.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to review) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud investigation. Accounts terminated due to breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity will have their balances forfeited in full.

§11Amendments to These Terms

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to mediation or such other dispute resolution mechanism as the parties may agree in writing.
